About the event
Rev. Rosalie May will be hosting our celebration of Nirvana Day. This is a celebration of when the Buddha had reached Parinirvana, or also known as Nirvana, when his physical body had passed. It was believed this occurred on the fifteenth day of the fourth month of the Bhutanese calendar. Some practice this on the 8th of February and some on the 15th. Come join us in celebration of this Buddhist holiday.
